A Timeshare is an ownership of a specific period of time in a vacation home or resort. Buying a timeshare offers the ability to buy just one segment of that home or resort for a fraction of the cost of full ownership, this can be done in two different ways; Deeded or leased. If you buy Deeded you will own it for an unlimited time, if you buy leased you will own it for a predetermined number of years. Whichever way that you choose to buy, it truly is a home away from home.

The segment of the timmeshare resort that you buy comes fully furnished with furniture, electronics, a full kitchen, bedrooms, washer, dryer, and many other necessities that you would not have if you rented a hotel room. Most resorts offer 2 bedroom condos, which are nice, but if you have a big family you will want something bigger. No problem there, most resorts offer bigger spaces and with Timeshares you have the flexibility to get a bigger condo.

The timeshare condominium that you will be staying will be yours, and it will also have many other timeshare owners. The residence is separated into weeks and sold as separate, meaning that you may have it for a week in June, someone else will have the timeshare the next week. Is this a bad thing? Not at all! If you're thinking "What if I take my vacation and find the condo a mess?" Each owner has to pay a yearly maintenance fee, money from this goes to housekeeping to keep the place clean. So you don't have to worry about other owners messing the place up. Not only do you share the costs and use of the timeshare condo, the timeshare resort property is also shared by the owners.
